The manufacturing process involves primarily physical methods—including ore beneficiation, organic matter carbonization, bentonite expansion, steam treatment, drying, activation, crushing, and screening. It requires no strong chemical reagents and consumes relatively low energy, reflecting our responsible use of natural resources. Through physical modification, the bentonite acquires excellent moisture absorption properties. At end of life, the product biodegrades naturally or can be safely repurposed—such as for soil conditioning—leaving virtually no harmful residues, offering an eco-friendly drying solution.
